The rec room has generously
offered to provide the team with 1 hour of game play for each player.
we will meet at 5pm at the Rec room , the team will have a table together and then there will be tables around for parents.
Due to the large group the players food will need to be pre ordered, and paid all on one bill , I will send the menu tomorrow for everyone to have a look at , kids meals are 12.99 plus tax and gratuity. so if you plan to order for the kids menu you can send $20 to my email to cover the cost and I will pay for the kids table on the one bill. parents will be able to order food when you are there .
After they eat they will get bracelets that will allow them to play for 1 hour ( note you do not win tickets with the braclets and unable to play the prize games )
