Call For Nominations

The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)  for St. John’s Minor Hockey Association will take place on June 23, 2026.  In preparation for the AGM the Association is issuing a Call for Nominations for positions on the Board of Directors that will become vacant at the AGM.

The following Board of Director positions are up for election for a two (2) year term at the June 2026 AGM:

• President
• Treasurer
• Director of Under 7/9 Hockey
• Director of Under 11/13 Hockey
• Director of Under 13/15 Hockey

The following Board of Director positions are up for election for a one (1) year term at the June 2026 AGM:

• Director of Female Hockey

Any voting member of SJMHA interested in standing for election for any of these positions must submit the following “nomination form” by 4:00 pm on Sunday, May 24, 2026: https://forms.gle/TsVKxpjoGKZ9Bv1E8
